A woman answered the phone and confirmed my reservation for six nights but was very curt and seemed annoyed that I disturbed her with my call. The day before I arrived, I called to confirm my reservation.
However, my room was very nice and my experience with all hotel staff after check in was very pleasant. Had I reviewed this hotel based on my experience checking in, it would have been poor.
